Los cambios en paradigmas que se venían dando ya hace algunos años, se han acentuado con una velocidad vertiginosa en los últimos meses, basta de ejemplo la aplicación y posterior extensión del “home office” en empresas tradicionales en todos los sectores como respuesta a la situación de salud que hoy está presente en la mente de todos.
Dentro de los cambios de tendencia hemos visto crecer negocios que han encontrado dentro de esta situación un ambiente propicio para crecer e incluso diversificarse tanto en los productos como en la clientela a quien sirven. Hoy en día, personas de todas las edades disfrutan en su domicilio de la comida de sus restaurantes favoritos o de que les entreguen la despensa en la puerta de sus casas y no es sorprendente que algunos de ellos, incluso adultos en plenitud, lo hagan a través de las llamadas “app”.
Así es que hoy encontramos un sin número de empresas a las que lejos de perjudicarles, esta situación les ha beneficiado y por lo mismo, se han encontrado ante un reto de crecimiento y especialización para poder seguir siendo exitosas ante un número creciente de clientes que también se ha vuelto más demandante.
Uno de los retos de hoy en día, es encontrar a las personas adecuadas que nos permitan crecer con la velocidad necesaria, es decir TALENTO. Personal que pueda dar resultados en la nueva circunstancia y que pueda acoplarse a nuestro equipo de trabajo rápidamente.
Cuando las empresas están en crecimiento no suelen tener áreas de RH con la especialización o capacidad necesaria para acercarse a personas que hagan “fit on the fly”.
Por eso se hace necesario encontrar firmas de apoyo que nos ayuden a encontrar el mejor talento con las nuevas capacidades y que entiendan los retos de las empresas micro, pequeñas y medianas.
Acercarse con firmas de reclutamiento tradicionales con cartera de clientes cotidianas y caras, le podría resultar extraño e incluso prohibitivo a las empresas que están empezando o que no tienen puestos y procesos bien definidos, no solo por el costo de las mismas sino por lo complicado de los procesos.
Es necesario entonces proveer un servicio que acompañe e involucre al cliente a través del proceso, es decir, ayudar a definir que se necesita, cómo y por cuanto lo podemos conseguir. Lo cual empieza por el entendimiento y definición del perfil de la persona, que pudiera no tener un rol en específico sino diversas responsabilidades en la organización; entender qué tipo de perfil se adecua a dicho puesto, buscarlo y filtrar a los candidatos bajo el crisol de los ojos del empresario. Para algunos empresarios el proceso de entrevistar candidatos de cierto perfil pudiera en sí mismo resultar extraño o complicado, por lo cual, también es necesario acompañar el proceso de la entrevista y posteriormente, reunirse y comentar los “pros y cons” de cada candidato. Esto pudiese volverse una experiencia enriquecedora e incluso hacer necesaria otra interacción e iniciar el proceso de nuevo. Y finalmente, cuando encontremos al candidato ideal, poder realizar una propuesta atractiva
para el candidato que deseamos con el mejor costo beneficio para la empresa.
